Elite Contract-to-Close — $399

From accepted offer to closing, Elite coordinates deadlines, earnest money, inspections, required documents, and communication with the parties involved. I work with lenders, closing companies, attorneys, and title professionals to keep your transaction moving forward, following the agent's direction throughout the process.
